I am a true Myrtle Beach local, which is sometimes hard to find since Myrtle Beach is mostly a potpourri of former visitors turned residents. Our warm climate, sandy beaches, and plethora of entertainment options is a strong selling point; especially to Northerners and Midwesterners during the winter months! I grew up here at the beach and even though I spent 7 fun years in Columbia, SC attending the University of South Carolina and working with UPS, I was and always will be a "beach bum" at heart.
In 1998 I moved back home to the beach, which is when my mother and I started a property management company renting large oceanfront vacation homes as well as long term rentals. I truly enjoyed working with people helping them find a suitable rental at the beach, but there was always one aspect of the business I did not like. If we did not have a rental that fit what a renter was looking for or if it was already rented, they would always ask; "Can you suggest where else to look?" I was always frustrated with the fact that there was not one central location where a renter could go to see all the rentals in Myrtle Beach. Obviously each rental company is going to try and sell you on one of their available rentals even if it is not exactly what you are looking for. So in December of 2007 I decided to create an entirely new business from scratch and turn my vision into a reality. In addition to building this business from scratch, I am also helping manage my girlfriend's pediatric speech-language therapy clinic.
