I would like to introduce you to a great new way to advertise your rentals in the Myrtle Beach area. For 10 years I managed long term and vacation rentals in Myrtle Beach, and I was always frustrated by the lack of local   advertising options to fill rental vacancies. The newspaper is a “tried and true” method but the advertising costs are significant and it does not do a very good job of reaching a growing population that spends more time online than reading a newspaper. There are several nationwide websites where you can list your rental, but when was the last time you saw an advertisement for one of those sites here in the Myrtle Beach market? Those national companies spend their advertising budgets in the big city markets like New York and Los Angeles, not in our small coastal town.

For that reason, I decided to create a website where property managers and homeowners can advertise their rentals for far less money than the newspaper classifieds. Advertising locally will help keep advertising dollars focused in the local market rather than across the nation. Our goal is for this website to become the primary tool customers use to search for their long term and vacation rental needs.
